Scope of the managed data:

3. Data subject to voluntary data provision for a better user experience and for newsletters with a more customised content: date of birth, gender, your goal(s) to be achieved by using our products. Derivative data for a better user experience and for newsletters with a more customised content: data obtained after the acceptance of the data protection policy of the website and by turning on the cookies. If you haven’t indicated your gender, the system will try to guess your gender based on the first name you have put in the system.
Please note that during the subscription process to our newsletter, it is only allowed to submit your own personal data. Data Controller assumes no liability for the damage arising from the management of false, unauthorised or incorrect data.
Purpose of data processing and customisation:
Data Controller manages your personal data for the purposes of sending customised newsletters. Therefore, we compile the most optimum newsletter for your interest based on the compulsory and optional personal data indicated by you, furthermore by indicating your data voluntarily during your visit to our web shop, if you have granted your approval to this during the web shop registration process. Thus, if you have voluntarily submitted such data for the purposes of customised newsletter sending, we will send you customised promotions and offers based on your gender, age, goals, the products you have previously purchased or based on your other preferences. The significance and consequence of the respective data management is a customised, interesting newsletter, which provides you with a deeper level information about the promotions, products and our recommendations.
Data management duration: Data Controller manages your above indicated personal data during the existence of the data management objective. If you withdraw your approval referring to the management of personal data, Data Controller shall immediately and finally cease the management of your personal data.
If you forget about the unsubscription possibility, Data Controller uses a security deadline in order to ensure the protection of your personal data: after the elapse of 2 years calculated from the date of opening the last newsletter, the system deletes your personal data managed for the purposes of newsletter sending.

2. Emarsys marketing automation system:
The Emarsys system manages the following personal data: name, e-mail address, subscription date, IP address of the subscription, date of the subscription confirmation, IP address of the confirmation, newsletter openings, clicking on the links inserted in the newsletters, extent and value of purchases, in order to be able to compile addressee lists and to perform segmentation tasks for the Data Controller, to send the newsletter, furthermore to prepare feedback about opening the newsletters and clicking to the inserted links.

4. The marketing activity of the data Controller company is coordinated by appointed entrepreneurs, who in relation to their activity have access to the personal data managed by the systems performing the newsletter sending process.

Data transfer: Data Controller transfers the e-mail address of the newsletter subscribers to Google and to Facebook for advertising purposes. Data is transferred outside the EU, exclusively to Canada and to the USA, which are states complying with the respective European Union regulation. The Data Controller does not transfer any data towards international organisations.
Legal ground of data management: By subscribing to our newsletter, you grant your approval to Data Controller to handle your personal data as per as the content of this Document. The management of personal data is based on your voluntary and explicit approval granted in the knowledge of the content of this Document. You are entitled to withdraw your approval at any time, but it shall have no impact on the legality of the data management prior to the withdrawal.
Legality of data management: Data Controller keeps a record about supporting the legality of data management, whereby Data Controller records the date, platform and IP address of the explicit and voluntary approval related to the e-mail addresses used in the frame of data management. Data Controller deletes the inactive e-mail addresses and the related data 2 years after the date of opening the last newsletter.
Information about data management: You are entitled to request information about your personal data via the indicated points of contact. Upon reporting such request, Data Controller shall inform you about the personal data managed in relation you. Furthermore, you are also entitled to request the correction of the managed data.
Termination of the data management: Should you wish to unsubscribe from our newsletter, you can do so by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” button located at the end of the newsletters. Should you wish to make changes to your personal data or wish to share more information in order to receive a more customised content, you can do so by accessing the “My profile” platform located at the end of the newsletters, furthermore by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” button you can also unsubscribe from the newsletter.
Furthermore, you are also entitled to request the termination of data management or you may also protest against the management of your personal data in writing via the above-indicated e-mail address, fax or postal address indicated as point of contact, or by calling the indicated phone number and submitting a request recorded in a protocol.
