The purpose of data processing:
Based on your contract with the Data Controller, the Data Controller processes your personal data for the purposes of sending a newsletter. Accordingly, the Data Controller sends news about offers, services, sales events, promotions, and other useful content and product information in the form of advertisements.
The duration of data processing: The Data Controller processes your personal data for the term of the validity of your contract with the Data Controller. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter, the Data Controller will promptly and permanently end the processing of your data for the purposes of the newsletter.
Data Processors: The Data Controller contracts services to ensure the professional operation of the newsletter system.
- Maileon newsletter system:
The Data Controller sends advertisements to its business partners via the newsletter system. The newsletter system records the following data: name and email address.

2. Emarsys marketing automation system:
The Emarsys system handles the following personal data: name, email address, newsletter openings, and clicks on links in newsletters, in order to compile and segment recipient lists for the Data Controller, send the newsletters, and provide feedback on the number of times the newsletters were opened and links were followed.

3. The Data Controller's servers are operated by a contracted company, which also provides maintenance in case of any problems.

The legal grounds for data processing: As the Data Controller's business partner, a Data Controller handles the indicated data in the interest of fulfilling the contract concluded with the Data Controller.
Information on data processing: You may request information about your personal data via any of the indicated methods of contact. If you lodge such a request, the Data Controller will provide you with information on the personal data it manages. You also have the right to ask the processed data to be corrected and to request the Data Controller to provide you, in a portable format, with your personal data that it manages in connection with the newsletter.
The termination of data processing: You can unsubscribe from the newsletters by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link found at the bottom of the emails.
You can also ask the Data Controller to end data processing by contacting it at the above email address, fax number, or mailing address, and can also submit objections against the processing of your personal data. In this case, the Data Controller will take all reasonable steps to inform the additional data controllers on your request for ending the processing of your data.
