5-6 gym workout a week + 3 times cardio workout (every day during competitions), 1-2 fitness trainings a week

What type of cardio do you do:
35-40 minutes stepping (sometimes outdoor running), only stepping on  an empty stomach during competition period

General régime during dieting:
protein with oat flakes, grilled/steamed chicken breast+fish, copious amount of steamed and raw vegetables, brown rice/puffed rice, egg white
