General regime during dieting:

First meal 1 cup of oat flakes + 1 serving of Iso Whey Zero protein shake

Second meal (snack): fresh salad + 1 slice of turkey

Third meal (lunch): 1 serving of brown rice or millet + 1 slice of broiled fish

Fourth meal (snack): 1 serving of mixed steamed vegetables + 1 slice of broiled chicken breast

Fifth meal (dinner): 1 serving of fresh salad + 1 slice of broiled turkey breast or tuna fish
