The TST+GH drink powder contains D-aspartic acid (DAA), L-arginine, L-glutamine, L-carnitine L-tartarate, L-ornithine hydrochloride and L-lysine, and is enriched with vitamins and minerals. How to consume TST+GH drink powder?
Recommended use: Mix a serving (6 g = 1 scoop = 1 tablespoon) of drink powder in 200 ml of water using a shaker; consume the drink before going to bed. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

D-aspartic acid 47.5%, L-carnitine L-tartrate 12%, L-Arginine hydrochloride 9.7%, L-Glutamine 7.9%, L-Lysine hydrochloride 7.9%, L-Ornithine hydrochloride 5.5%, flavourings, bulking agent (polydextrose), magnesium oxide, sweetener (sucralose), anti-caking agent (silicondioxide), raising agents (sodium carbonates), vitamin B5 (D-pantothenate, calcium), zinc oxide, colours (tartrazine, Allura Red AC)1, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride). 1Tartrazine, Allura Red AC: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
