Weight control formula, for your needs – Part II

The second part of this article series is aimed primarily at those who have 3-12 kg excess weight.

When choosing the right product, that will support your diet and workout plan, it is really important for you to be honest with yourself! As a first step, you need to decide which catrgory fits you better. If you have excess weight over 12 kg, you should start with the lipotropic formulas (learn more from the previous article). Thermogenic formulas mostly contain herbal and stimulant components, which contribute to increased meatabolism and body temperature.

The most important difference between lipotropic and thermogenic formulas comes from the composition of the ingedients: since thermogenic formulas do contain stimulants, they are not recommended to use for more than 1 months. The reason for the short period of use is that addiction can occur against stimulants.

You also might consider coffee consumption while using thermogenic formulas, to avoid caffeine overdose.

It’s not recommended to use thermogenic formulas if any of the listed conditions are existing:

  • cardiac disorder
  • sensitivity to caffeine
  • excess weight over 12 kg
  • under the age of 18
  • 6 hours before sleep

1. Multivitamin

It is highly recommended to support your immune system with a complex multivitamin formula that contains vitamins and minerals in a proper amount, so that you can avoid any kind of vitamin deficiency.

Recommended use: In the morning, before breakfast.

2. Thermogenic formula

Thermogenic formulas may have a positive effect on your energy restricted diet and fat burning workout plan, by boosting your metabolism with herbal extracts (eg.: green tea, mate tea, cola nut, gurana) and stimulants (caffeine).

Recommended use: Before meals, for maximum 1 month.

3. Amino acids

Highly recommended to support our workout with amino acids, because they provide direct energy for the muscles. Since amino acids build up proteins, they may contribute to maintain muscle mass, also they may have positive effect on muscle tissue regenration.

Recommended use: Before/during/after workout.

4. Lecithin

Lecithin provides an excellent source of choline, which is essential to every living cell in the body and is one of the main components of cell membranes. Choline may contribute to normal lipid and homocysteine metabolism as well as to the maintenance of normal liver function.

Recommended use: After lunch.

5. ALC

Acety-L-carnitine is the most active carnitine formula. As carnitine is a component of the fatty acid transport system, the energy stored in fats can be used through it, and therefore it is necessary to turn fat into energy. 18 év felett.

6. Protein formulas

Protein formulas may contribute to muscle regeneration and muscle maintenence.

Recommended use: After workout, or between two meals.
