Cup cream with Zero Bar

Fast dessert with high protein content

Ingredients:

  • 1 Zero bar
  • 100 g sugar-free pudding made ready
  • 50g fruit

Ideas for flavours:

  • Double chocolate flavoured zero protein bar,. punch pudding, sour cherry
  • Chocolate-caramel flavoured zero protein bar, vanilla pudding, pear
  • Raspberry-cheesecake flavoured zero protein bar, vanilla pudding, forest fruits
  • Lemon-basil flavoured zero protein bar, vanilla pudding, strawberry
  • Cappuccino flavoured zero protein bar, chocolate pudding, sour cherry
  • Apricot-cream flavoured zero protein bar, vanilla or cream pudding, peach
  • Chocolate-plum flavoured zero protein bar, chocolate pudding, plum & cinnamon

Preparation:

Grate the protein bar. Place the larger part in the bottom of the glass, sprinkle with finely chopped fruit. Pour the finished pudding and sprinkle the top with the rest of the grated protein bar.

Recommendation:

You may add oily seeds (e.g. nuts, almond, cashews, macadamia nuts) or 85-90% grated dark chocolate in the bottom or on the top.
