3 Healthy Desserts with Zero Bar

Peanut butter filled muffins with Zero Bar pieces

 

Ingredients for 12 muffins:

  • 150 g oat flour
  • 150 g low-carb baking flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g soft coconut butter
  • 150 g sweetener
  • 150 ml coconut milk
  • 0.5 packet baking powder
  • 2 hazelnut flavoured BioTechUSA Zero Bars, finely chopped
  • peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp 80% dark chocolate on top of muffins

 

Preparation:

In a food processor, mix the soft coconut butter with the sweetener and the eggs to a smooth consistency. Add coconut milk, the two kinds of flour, the baking powder and then the finely chopped Zero Bar.

Line a muffin baking mould with muffin papers and fill the muffin papers halfway with the mixture. Put 1 heaped peanut butter on top, and then put some mixture on top again. Sprinkle top with 80% dark chocolate gratings and bake for 25 minutes in an oven pre-heated to 175 degrees.

1-minute low-carb Zero Bar cookie

Ingredients for 1 serving:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 0.5 dl coconut milk
  • sweetener to taste
  • 1 tbsp chocolate-flavoured BioTechUSA Iso Whey Zero protein powder
  • half a double chocolate flavoured BioTechUSA Zero Bar, finely chopped
  • a pinch of baking powder

 

Preparation:

Whisk the egg in a bowl, add the coconut flour, the protein powder, sweetener to taste, the coconut milk, and then mix in the finely chopped Zero Bar. Depending on how creamy you want your cookie, put the mixture in a microwave oven for 1-2 minutes (after one and a half minutes it will remain a bit creamy inside).

Almond and marzipan coconut balls

Ingredients for 15 balls:

  • 100 g sugar-free plain biscuits, crushed
  • 70 g ground almond
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free almond cream
  • 30 g melted coconut butter
  • sweetener to taste
  • 1 tbsp low-fat sugar-free cocoa powder
  • 1 marzipan flavoured BioTechUSA Zero Bar, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 150 ml coconut milk
  • 2-3 tbsp coconut flakes for coating

 

Preparation:

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients but the coconut flakes. With wet hands, form mixture into balls and roll in the coconut flakes.
