1. CREATINE IS A STEROID
Creatine is not a steroid... Creatine is an amino acid that can be replenished to a minimum extent with food. For example, beef is known to have a high Creatine content. It has an unquestioned power boosting effect since your body generates energy with the help of Creatine phosphate. The problem is that if you train then you might not have enough energy that is required for this physical work and your body gets tired more easily.

2. A COUPLE OF BEER WILL NOT HURT
The truth is that alcohol has a powerful effect on your body, especially on your muscle building capacity. It decreases your testosterone level and causes dehydration. If your intentions are serious when it comes to training, forget about alcohol as it is!

3. LISTEN TO YOUR INSTINCTS WHEN IT COMES TO TRAINING
Instincts have a whole of room in our lives, but not when it comes to training with weights. An optimum result requires a strict diet. If the right diet was a natural instinct, you wouldn’t see fat people on the street. A scientific approach is way better when it comes to bodybuilding.

4. THE PROFESSIONALS KNOW WHAT’S BEST
Giant muscle mass and extreme vein articulation characterise the professionals. It is partly down to their lucky genes, an immense amount of work and a lot of other factors. But the truth of the matter that it is wiser to let the professionals do their professional training. People have different features, objectives and opportunities, therefore what works for them, might not necessarily work for you.

5. TRAINING IS GOOD ONLY WHEN YOUR MUSCLES ARE SORE AFTERWARDS
Sore muscles are absolutely not an indicator to a good and effective workout. They show that your muscles are acidic or you have overworked them. Neither are good and take a whole lot of time to regenerate from. If your muscles are sore, do some loose aerobic training, go to the sauna and take some amino acids.

6. 1000 CRUNCHES WILL GIVE YOU A SIX PACK
Your abdomen will not be shapely and spectacular from a million crunches, but if you clear off the fat layer above your abdominal muscles with a diet and aerobic workout.

7. I ONLY WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT FROM THE HIPS
There is no local fat burning no matter how much you want it to happen. No matter how much you might be coiling yourself or do any kinds of treatment, you are not going to lose weight only from one body part. If your body fat decreases, it will decrease from everywhere.

8. I CAN’T LOSE WEIGHT BECAUSE OF GENETICS
There is no genetic reason that would impede you from being able to lose weight. Anyone can lose weight, it is only a matter of the right diet.

9. VITAMINS ARE FOR SNOBS
Many people think that the most important supplement in bodybuilding is Creatine. That is a huge mistake. It might be increasing your level of strength, but there will be no nutrients to help in the regeneration, and thus, the building of the muscles and there are no vitamins and minerals that assist in digestion, the protein synthesis and many other important functions.
