WHEN DID YOU START WORKING OUT AND WHY?
I have always been into sports, I used to dance and after that I did kick boxing. So naturally when I couldn’t kick box anymore I started to workout in the gym this was about 4,5 year ago.

DID YOU HAVE A MENTOR, ROLE MODEL IN THE FIRST DAYS OR DID YOU JUST LEARN EVERYTHING ON YOUR OWN?
I had a trainer at first who provided me with a training an diet schedule, but my role model at that time was Andrea Brazier.

WHAT WAS YOUR MOTIVATION TO STEP ON THE STAGE AND START COMPETING?
That was more of a test for myself if I could take it that far with dieting. I was already in shape but I decided, 4 weeks out to compete so I need to be 100% for it.

WHAT ARE YOUR BEST RESULTS YOU’RE MOST PROUD OF?
I’m the most proud of my legs an bum, which I train for 3 times a week.

HOW DO YOU CONSIDER YOURSELF? A FITNESS MODEL? A COMPETITOR?
Fitness model, I’ve only competed once. It’s not really my cup of tea.

WHAT DOES YOUR AVARAGE DAY LOOK LIKE?
I get up, eat breakfast and do my cardio. Then I start to check up on my online members for an hour or so and after that I start daily work as clothing designer and then I focus on all the other endeavors. In the afternoon I do my weight training, also I have about 2 to 3 photo shoots a week.

DO YOU HAVE A SPECIAL SHREDDING DIET OR DO YOU STAY IN SHAPE WHOLE YEAR?
I do have a shred program but I also never go completely out of shape I maintain a certain shape so I can get back in shape in max 6 weeks.

WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE SUPPLEMENTS IN BULKING AND SHREDDING?
In bulking season I am adding creatine and liquid carbs as pre workout, and with shredding I taking fat burners, BCAA’s, glutamines and multivitamins.

DO YOU HAVE A SPECIFIC WORKOUT METHOD? WHAT TYPE OF EXERCISES AND CARDIO DO YOU PREFER?
I do, in the past I used to train as heavy as possible with lower reps, but I noticed I got a lot of problems with my joints etc., so now I have tired to train with lower weight and much higher reps, I see that my body responds very well on this type of training. I do stairmaster and kickboxing as my cardio.

WHAT DOES FITNESS MEAN TO YOU?
Fitness is a lifestyle, but it’s not my life, I train because I want my body to be healthy and fitness is the easiest way of staying fit where ever you are. My passion is kickboxing and that almost works like therapy for me I completely get into focus and get my stress out of my body.
