Monday : back (wide ) and triceps with calves

Tuesday : shoulders and abs

Wednesday : rest

Thursday : legs and calves

Friday : back ( thickness) and upper chest with abs

Saturday : lower chest and biceps

Sunday : rest

Favourite workout method:

I really like the combination of slow moves with dynamic and isometric exercices best combinations to stay lean and build quality size

What type of cardio do you do:

I do sometimes bike outside or walk on an incline cardio machine at least 3 times a week to stay lean in building muscle season

General régime during dieting:

Morning : 7 eggs 5 (2 all ) with oats or “farine d’epeautre” a soy milk or yoghurt

Almonds and fruits

Meal 2 Iso Whey Zero with almonds and an apple

Meal 3 , chicken or beef with rice and greens

Meal 4 Iso Whey Zero with an apple

Meal 5 fish or white meat with vegetables and 50 grs of rice
