I am a fitness addict since 3 years. I started competition in bikini category and it's became an addiction. This sport allow me to be self-confident. When i was younger, i had a lot of problems with food and was very skinny. Bodybuilding saved me and help me to improve myself day after day. I want to share my experiment, because I know that everything is possible when you have passion, motivation and dedication. If my story can motivate, it could be an honor. I want people to understand that they can't give their goal up. Smile and motivation are the key of your dreams.

Workout facts
Training is my pleasure. I just wait this moment during the whole day. I love to train all muscles. I train legs on monday, as a good way to start my week by killing myself ! One day : one or two muscles. I love to change methods every week to shock my muscles. If it's burning : it's a good job haha. My favourite method is superslow, for all muscles. It definitely kill me everytime. I will share exercises for differents muscles on my facebook's page. And don't forget : go hard, or go home.
