I'm Rui "Ruizinho" Ferreira. Im from Lisbon and I'm Portuguese and 44 years old, that means I'm an Master Men's Physique Athlete!I own a personal training studio, that's were I spend most of my time! I started competing in 1995 and from that time I developed my skills and started to enjoy and live this bodybuilding world.Last year I won some very important titles that made me very proud and excited! My goal is motivate and inspire younger guys who have potential, to believe in theirselves and not be afraid to take a chance, because if you don't take the risk you will never know wether you could be successful or not!Presently I have some Portuguese bikini Fitness and Men's Physique athletes working with me and we plan to go to international competitions and achieve some great results!In a certain way I intend to give them my experience and make them taste the international environment!
