Workout Facts:

Training: 2 days training, then 1 rest day workout system. On season using lot of dropsets, off season normal sets with heavy weights. Muscle groups I normally combinate: shoulder-triceps, chest-biceps, back, legs. Abs and calves every other day.

Cardio: Onseason: 2x40 min/day. 1st on empty stomach in the morning, 2nd around 8pm in the evening. Offseason: 40 min in the morning on empty stomach
