General regime during dieting: oat flakes, rice, vegetables (broccoli, zucchini) salad, chicken breast

Any dietary supplements you take: glutamine, BCAA, amino, L-carnitine, active fat burner, vitamins

Favourite workout method: I like basic exercises with free weights, complemented with machine exercises. I love various methods to intensify training, such as pyramid and reverse pyramid sets, and supersets are also among my favourites.
