Workout:
My current training routine consists of a Legs/Push/Pull/Rest split, this means that different muscle groups will land on different days each week due to working on a 4 day rotation and not 7. I believe to be one of the most effective splits for natural lifters!
Cardio:
For most of the year I do not partake in the horrors of cardio, that is until it become a necessary evil and I need to shift some unwanted fat! I use a variation of different types of cardio, both LISS & HIIT however my favourite is most definitely sprints on a rowing machine or watt bike
