Having been an athlete all my life, I never had dreams of becoming a model or bodybuilder, only of keeping fit, but opportunities should be exploited !! Shyly and with little self-confidence in my teens, I met some people who appreciated my physique. I began working as a dancer and occasional model; I decided to train as a coach, as well as a consultant in nutrition and sports supplements, and now I can live 100% for my physique and my passion for sports! I took my confidence to the point of wanting to compete to see my limitations ... today, 5 years later, I can say that there are no limits, only goals and objectives - the limits are in your head.

I have tried many training methods ... To grow muscularly, without hesitation free weights - complete breaks - periodic groups - upper body four days - less than two day train - Between 24 - 36 total sets of repetitions 15,12,9,6 .
When I start preparing to compete, I use different methods to grow my muscles where it interests me. Normally high reps, short breaks, super series, down ...
Near the competition methods change according to the coach, but always to increase the intensity and volume of exercise reducing weights, pulleys and introducing more machinery.
